Can I rent an apartment if I foreigner?

(Or with the visa card of foreign bank ) I won’t have a credit card because it’ll take a time of me to provide all papers as a newcomer. But I’ll have enough money for rent. Since you will not be able to get a bank account, if you arrive without a visa, you will have to pay more than the basic first and last months rent, probably six months in advance. The first question you will get when job hunting is "What is your status in Canada?" If you do not have a social insurance number they cannot hire you.
