Can Iranians apply for Canadian Student Visa?

URGENT HELP!!!!!!!! Immigration to New Zealand,work visa and student visa?

• HELP My mother has a WORK VISA in New Zealand. I am apply for Student VISA under her. Question is when i apply for student visa, do i have to provide Immigration side a school acception letter from New Zealand college ? What i heard from my mother and our adviser is that as long as i apply my student visa under my mother's work visa. I do not have to pay the school fees and also do not need to provide them with a letter of school acception. I gave a school acception letter which was done before my mother got her Work VISA when i apply for my student VISA. and the problem that we are worried is that, the letter of accpetion wrote i have to pay foreign fees,but the INZ form for student visa chose we will not have to pay the school fees.So, we are worried if the student visa i got will be a international foreign student which requires us to pay the full school fees. I need help to know if i need to provoide them with the letter. If i dun have to, i will go down on coming monday to get it back and explain to the Officer, Thank you Very much

  You need to get a proper answer which is not possible here on Yahoo , contact the New Zealand Embassy in your country do not rely on advisors unless they work for the New Zealand embassy.
