What Colleges/Universities can I get into with a 26 on the ACT?

Please some one help why does my 26 year old sister act like a child ?

• i'l try to make this as quick as i can, okay i'm 18 my sister is 26 she's suffered mental illness(paranoia, schizophrenia) since she was around 13 she's fine at the moment though, she acts like a child makes silly noises, says inappropriate things at the wrong time, does no house work or anything for that matter , just overall behaves like a child puts on silly voices , has tantrums also and sometimes cry's if she don' get her own way. her brain ability is fine , shes very smart and very interested in politics, and loves reading , when arguing with some one she becomes an 'adult' again just to get her point across, i know people like to act silly etc so do i but she does it all the time when its not appropriate. Do you think she feels like she's missed out on her child hood and behaves like a child to make up for it or it's just the way she is because i do not think its normal, she can't continue her life like this .. ?? my parents are soft on her they don't say nothing to her only sometimes. and she never takes her medication we have to give it her and watch her swallow it like you would do with a child . is there like an illness or something she might have , i know some people have problems where they have the brain ability and mentality of a young child but she does not she's very smart and aware but just behaves like a child sorry about grammer etc im in a hurry

  It's because she has mental illnesses, as you said. There is no cure for schizophrenia, it's both a mental illness and a physical illness.
