Have you ever had problems with a RCA television?

52 inch RCA television?

  • My Husband has a 52' RCA colored television. My problem the remote control works fine, but it will not let me change to other channels even tho they show up on the screen Mute works and so does the volume. Has any one ever had this problem before? Any suggestions? Do i need to get it fixed? i do not think there is much wrong with it. Just needed some added advice.

  • Answer:

The only thing I can think of is that ytou are using a digital box, or something from a service provider. If that is so, there will be a box somewhere around the TV. Maybe from Rogers or a similar provider. Check if there is another remote, if not, on the top of the remote there should be several buttons, like TV, DVD, VCR, ect ect, try DVD, and such while ONLY clicking up and down on the channels. That should work, good luck.
