How do I make another iTunes library?

How can I make sure my iTunes library has really moved to my external hard drive?

  • Okay I know I have all of my music and stuff on my external hard drive. However, I just bought a movie off of iTunes, and when I unplug my external drive, it's still in the library. Everything else is gone, except for that one movie. How do I make sure it gets onto the drive and in the future when I buy other things they go onto the external hard drive and not my computer? I thought I did everything in the tutorial, but I guess not...
