How do I remove items on my computer?

Go to start and type your item into the search bar. (Or you may need to go to start and select search to get to the search bar) Delete the things that come up with the same name of your item. Or find it under these folders: Downloads Local Disk C>Program Files If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what else to tell you.

Its risky but you could navigate through the registry to that program and delete the registry keys or kill all the processes associated with the program and delete the folder, then try add or remove programs to delete it it will spit back that there is no program anymore and it should remove itself from there.
