that all depends on the files that you are going to compress.. text files and data files are highly compressible.. on the other hand, movies and music files, software installers are not much compressible. You can click on create archive and then select ultra level of compression and change compression method to LZMA. this is the best way to compress.

dont do it,if you highly compress your files,it may lost all needed stuffs for that game,program or whatever...which can lead to totaly destroyed file.
