How to print a full page of labels?

3 labels p/page MS Word 2010?

  • Answer:

You have to know the style number of the labels you will be using. Usually they list an Avery equivalent if they are not Avery labels. Go to the Mailings tab, Create group and click on Labels. I am assuming that they are 500 different labels and not 500 of the same label. In this case you are better off doing a Mail Merge. You will need a data source which can be in Word, Excel, or Access. The only process that is not intuitive is when doing labels. As a final step in this process, you must press the Update Labels icon on the Mailings tab in order to have the merge fields in the first label transferred to all of the labels.
