    Sorry. Paint Tool Sai is a PC only application. It simply cannot work on mac. I wish there were more I could say, but really there isn't. I'm sorry. v.v The only way you could make it work would maybe be to use a PC emulator. I heard things like that exsist...but I've never owned a mac, so I wouldn't even know were to begin. Again, sorry about that.
