A supermarket is not going to give you it's database, lol. You will have to approach vendors, and sign on with them. IF they allow you to sell their stuff, keyword being if, you may need a buttload of money to buy products with (A grocery store does not get their products free. They pay as a rule when the driver arrives.) Then, one by one, you will need to enter the product into your database. You might want to work at a store to get a clue about how one is run.

Even assuming a supermarket would be willing to hand you their database (which is highly unlikely), how useful would it be? They probably have all sorts of items you wouldn't carry and you might have plenty they don't either. However, in any case it wouldn't be in 'sql' - SQL is the query language used by most (if not all) DBMS these days. Typically, a database exported for use elsewhere would either be in csv (comma-separated value) format or XML (eXtensible Markup Language.
