For example: A 12.8 means find the surface area of a sphere with radius 12.8 V 15.7 means find the volume of a sphere with radius 15.7 3. For each input, just calculate what is needed for, not all three answers. Use functions for each calculation and Nested decesions to control your actions. The output should have appropriate labels. Use format to control the appearance of your answers. 4. Use a sentinel loop to read the data. When q or Q is entered for the operation, the loop will terminate. The program should work for any data set, not just the data set below. Use regular functions to calculate area, volume, and surface area. Use a void function and call by reference to read the radius.
