Unlock samsung S5230 free?

  • I got a samsung S5230 that my dad gave me when he got a new blackberry, the problem is that it is unlocked to the o2 network but im on meteor. I have searched and searched google and i can't find any solution to unlock the phone. The unlock needs to be free as i have no credit card or anything like that. The phone is locked to o2 Ireland if that is any help. Thanks :)
