Finding it impossible to get over ex who abandoned me?

• BEFORE ANYONE ANSWERS! i don't want to be called an idiot or stupid, if you don't have any genuine advice then don't even say anything. it would be nice to hear stories from someone who has been here before.. my ex and i are both 19, i lost my virginity to him and we shared a year long relationship. he broke up with me 6 months ago for bogus reasons.. his story changes all the time. since we stopped dating we were on and off until about about 1.5 months ago. he has told me repeatedly for the past 3 or 4 weeks that he doesn't want anything to do with me and he threatens me if i contact him. he blamed me for us not being in a relationship, and then he blames me for us not being friends, when in reality i'm the only one who ever put effort into both. i'm the only one who initiates confrontation, who trys to make things work and he just ignores me, avoids me, or comes up with excuses as to why he won't. i'm devastated and hurt, not only by the fact that he ended our relationship, but because he completely abandoned me as a friend and as a person. i do nothing but think about him constantly and cry. i'm in so much emotional, psychological, and even physical pain that is almost unbareable. i don't even know how i can fall asleep at night and wake up in the morning when i do. at this point, being shot, would be less painful than the damage that this has, and is, putting me through. i thought i had a future with him, and now that he has kicked me to the curb.. i feel a complete lack of purpose. i don't know how i am ever going to get over him.

  Here's the deal, babe. Boys, girls, or anyone really is 100% unpredictible. You NEVER know when one day, their brain just tells them that they're no longer interested in someone. I know. It's happened to me. Marriages end, relationships, even friendships end due to bogus reasons and it happens all the time. Trust me, this situation is very common. The only advice I can really give you is look up at the clock. Wait one minute and look again. It moved right? That's just proof that time passes, regardless of how much something hurts. Like all wounds, they get better eventually, so all you really gotta do is wait it out. Your heart is a muscle just like any other part of your body, and it will heal. Just don't lose the will to heal, as the mind can play a large part of your body's functions. The will to get better can vastly increase the time it takes to heal. Be strong, eat some ice cream, hang out with your friends and perhaps talk to a boy that REALLY has been waiting for a chance with you. I'm sure it won't be hard finding one. :]
