Okay real quick background info I'm a 19 year old guy, shes 18. we are in community college in the same public speaking class. Im a very conservative guy, i am not attracted to whores that wear no clothing, im not out there looking for a sex buddy. I'm very attracted to this girl because she dresses moderately, doesn't wear skanky clothing, she appears to be very nice, has a great smile, and overall is just beautiful. Shes tall as all hell- like 5'10"-5'11". Im 5'10" and im not intimidated or afraid of talking to or dating a girl my height or even a tad taller. She is very sweet from what I can tell. I know she enjoys making new friends and she seems to be kind of shy (a little bit). For the first 8 weeks of the semester she sat on the other side of the rooms but about a month ago she began sitting on the side by me and a bunch of other people. Sometimes she just sits there and doesn't talk- does the fake texting thing I think to avoid that awkward moment. We have chatted a few times in class and each week (our class is once a week, for 3 hours) for the past few weeks while walking out of class we've managed to walk out at the same time and chat for a few minutes. I'd love to get to know her better. But I have no clue what to say. I get the impression that she has possibly never been in a relationship before- its just a gut feeling. I feel not many guys have been attracted to her as she doesn't appear to most guys as anywhere near as beautiful as I find her. Im dying here! Each Tuesday I sit near this girl, talk to her a little bit, and out of class I die of a choke and don't say anything! Come on ladies! Please help a nice, respectful guy out here with real advice. If anyone can help me out with some exact phrases on something to say I'd greatly appreciate it! A Way to ask her out? Get her #? Ask her to just "hang out" Please don't tell me "just do it." Because I don't know what "it" is. I'm confident I could get a yes I just don't know what to say or how to go about it without seeming creepy. Thanks in advance. Are there projects in your class where you have to work in pairs?, if so then you could be partners with her, and that way get her # and be able to hang out together. 2.) when is your class, if its during lunch you could ask her to have lunch with you. 3.) pretend to have an issue with your homework and ask her to help you on it maybe during the weekends or a time that doesn't disrupt class time. 4.) Spark a conversation by talking about something that happened recently, like "hey!, did you see those red socks?!" (don't use that question..., its just for the example..) 5.) ask if you could study together. 6.) make her laugh when you do have the chance to have a conversation with her. 7.) have a little get together with your friends and invite her. she seems like a person that might be opened to the possibility of a bf around, but maybe not to open since she is shy.
