I am Chinese citizen and US Green Card Holder. How long can I stay in Canada continuously?

    As a US green card holder you do not need to get a Visa to visit Canada, this will allow you to stay in Canada as a visitor for a period of up to six months unless you are otherwise notified. Note that as a visitor you will not be permitted to work or study during your time here unless you also have a Work Permit or Study Permit respectively.

When you enter Canada the border guard will write an exit date in your passport. The maximum is six months it could be a lesser time as well depending on the situation. You may want to check HOW LONG you can be out of the United States before you have an issue with your GREEN CARD.
