  • Hey I heard Boracay Island of Phillipines is called Phuket of Phillipines or Bali of Phillipines.. Is it true? and If yes How do i get there, because I am crazy about white sandy beaches.. I have been previously to Maldives and seychelles.. What is the most conevenient way to get there.. Through Manila? or Somewhere else. Thanks all in advance.. I know Phillipines is a very beautiful country. Full of Natural beauty and ofcourse beautiful girls.

  • Answer:

YOU HAVEN'T LIVED IF YOU DIDN'T GO TO BORACAY. Look it up if you don't know Boracays other name... Boracay is only like an hour away from Manila if I remember correctly. So yes take an airport from Manila (you have to find out by yourself which airport is the best for you) By the way, make sure you go fish feeding and snorkeling in boracay. Its a great experience!

20 years ago Boracay was a great place to visit. Now, it's vastly over-priced, polluted, crowded during the peak season and over-built. Save your money, there's much nicer places in the Philippines... places you haven't heard about and that's why they're still nice.

I first came to Boracay 22 years ago and returned this year....WOW what a change, for the worse! It is more expensive than sticking Manila! If you like crowds of pushy Koreans, Chinese and Russians with over priced hotels and food -- then Boracay is for you. The new Boracay of today is for first time Phlippines visitors and is devoid of any quiet tropical paradise. Like the previous writer said, save money by visiting other places in the Philippines and have more pleasure too! Too bad the recent Typhoon Yolanda didn't hit Boracay.. start over time.
