I am getting a foreign exchange student this summer for a month and I don't know what to do with him?

I have really only one friend that I hangout with but she is going to be with her boyfriend all summer. I am an only child and have no cousins close. My family also doesn't have a lot of money to go on vacations. I just would like to have some ideas to do this summer with my exchange student so it is a good experience for him.
