How to turn a bed into like a couch?

• I basically spent a whole week staying up all night trying to figure out why i am so itchy at night. After feeling something literally biting my whole body and head ans seeing skin scabs on my bed.. I thought it was bed bugs so i slept 2 nights on the couch. The second night was exrtreme because these bites were now there on the couch at night. Yesterday i took everything out of my room, i vacumed all the floors. Threw away my matress and got a new bed. When i cleaned everything i did not see a bed bug anywhere. I thought " Wouldn't i've already see them?" It's 4 am i'm still scratching. I have no bites. Could it be just dry skin? I don't mostorize my body, and shower with hotish water. During the day i turn on the heater to where it's really hot. Hitting my skin.

  You said 'turn on the heater... really hot." You're in Southern Hemishphere where it's early winter??? Yes, heat directly on skin will dry it *quickly* and *drastically*. If you're not in the habit of eating fish, then fish oil pills are the cure. As I got older I was gradually worse and worse annoyed by dry skin in the winter, especially the heels of my feet which were miserable and truly fugly. A friend suggested fish oil. The VERY NEXT DAY there was a dramatic change!! Not kidding - improvement happened that fast. My whole body's skin felt 'different.' Within a few days heels were fixed, no itchyness anywhere, and I've never had the problem again. Look for purified: mercury, dioxin, and pesticide free.
