What to wear to a film festival?

Hey everyone! I'm 5' 11", 175 lbs and 16 years old (and a girl) and I was wondering, what should I wear to this film festival I'm attending in less than a month. I'll be showcasing my short Welcome Home and will probably have to go in front of the audience to do a bit of Q&A. This is my first festival and I'm pretty excited, so, what should I wear? I have a budget of about $100-$150 for the entire outfit although I probably own some of the things already.
