A trick you can do is take an ice cube and put it on the pimple, then take a sterilized needle and poke a little hole in it (Don't worry it won't hurt because the ice numbs it if you hold it down long enough) I know this sounds gross but squeeze as much puss out as you can (use a tissue) Then cover in with pimple cream. I have just put a metal spoon in the freezer to cool and it is said that if you rub it on the affected area then the spot will get smaller then eventually dissapear.Also you could get a ice cube and rub it on it then that will lessen the pain. You could try to squeeze it then some of the puss will come out,, basically get the sport between the nails and squeeze i tried it and like yello greeny pus came out and it hasnt scared and the pimple lessened in size im going to carry on this metod for the next couple pof days.
