How to get a six pack?

I've been exercising for a couple months and I can't get a six pack, I can't even get a one pack. I exercise every other day, but sometimes I do it every two days instead. I do 200 crunches, I get in a sit up position where my stomach is touching my knees and then lean back as far as I can and hold for 2 minutes, I lay on my back and lift my legs up off the ground and hold for 2 minutes as well. Those are the only exercises I know. I can't seem to get a six pack at all. Am I doing the wrong exercises? If so can you tell me some that would help me get a six pack? Thanks.

You are doing alright although to get abs it may seem crazy but you need to be on a diet even if you are fit, not to mention regular cardio exercises. Abs will not show even with a small layer of fat over your stomach, I believe males need to have only roughly 6-8% fat on their body for abs to show, which is quite a lot. So basically Diet, Cardio and continue your ab workouts.

Don't listen to Jessica and buy supplements and waste ur money and since ur a teen ur probably kinda lost for advice, anyways if u want abs the ONE thing u to lose is ur BoDY FAT and stick to ur crunches and interval training so u won't lose muscle (google it) ,, ur diet should be complex carbs,, healthy veggies , fruit , and lean protein, and cut out ALL ur junk food drink a lot OF WATER and eat ur food on TIME,,, hope this helped just keep it simple Low carb, high fruits, veggies and protein intake.. Enjoy
