How to make your stomach flatter and lose weight on your thighs?

  • i don't know i just don't really like my thighs i just want to lose weight on it a little and i want my stomach to be more flat. i'm not like chubby fat i just don't like my stomach i want it to be more skinnier. Is there anyway i can lose weight healthy and and easier? like just simple tips on what i should do.....

This is a very good strategy. Every night do sit ups until you can't feel your abs. The next day do the same with squats. Do this every night. You can do both every night for quicker results. Hope I helped. :)
