No. drinking milk has nothing to do with making your breasts grow...for many, many, MANY different reasons. Rubbing doesn't work either. Nothing will work. I REPEAT, NOTHING WILL WORK. Unless you get implants, you will stay this way. But you don't want big boobs. For many reasons. 1. My boobs are DD's, and they hurt my back. Alot. 2. I can't do anything without a bra on for fear of them hitting me in the face. It's disgusting. 3. I am a small in clothing size, but I have to buy clothes in large because while a smaller size would fit my body nicely, my boobs would be squished/would suffocate. So my wardrobe consists of baggy sweaters and not much else -_- 4. They'll get saggy when I'm older, just like every other big chested girl's boobs. I'm not looking forward to that. Bottom line is, big boobs are really not all they are cracked up to be. Consider yourself blessed!!

Really theres nothing you can do short of breast implants. Some people say soy, but I have yet to hear any evidence that it actually works.
