Seems like your team is perfect. O: I still dunno 'bout your Pokemon starter (you have both Charizard and Venusaur) it's safe to assume your Pokemon starter is Chamander (that's why you have Venusaur lol) so I suggest to use Vaporeon and change Starmie since it still a water type and have good HP, sp.attack/defense. Vaporeon ability is Water Absorb, good when you battle a water type Pokemon. Movesets : - Surf (for primary attack) - Aqua ring (this is used to make your Vaporeon last longer) - Acid armor (for defense) - Aurora beam (to protect it from grass type) Put your Vaporeon on your first party. Note : Since your Dragonite have Eartquake, it can protect Vaporeon from faint. Also, don't forget to hold leftovers on Vaporeon. This is just an opinion, don't need to make war 'cause my word. XD

What are their Natures and EVs? Herricros should have Close Combat instead of Brick Break for more power. Other than that it is good. Venusuar: Sunny Day and Solar Beam should be gone. This is not a sun team. You can go either physical or special with Venusaur. Moves depend if it is physical or special. Charizard: Overheat is terrible if you plan to go special with it or you are constantly going to switch in battle. Flamethrower should be replaced with Fire Blast for more power. Sunny Day needs to be replaced as it has its own team to set it up. Dragonite: Needs work. Fire Punch should be om it to take care of its weakness to Ice and has good coverage. Give it Outrage instead of Fly/Aerial Ace because its great STAB. Roost can be used to keep its HP up when its preparing for a sweep. Skarmory: Replace Steel Wing with Roost for healing. Starmie: Good. Dose not need fixing. Hope I helped some:)

In my opinion i would replace Snorlax. He's not all that strong. If anything he's good at surviving.. that's it. I usually use him when I'm going to go catch a legendary Pokemon or something though

get rid of skarmory and get tyranitar and tech tyranitar: crunch, earthquake, rock slide, fire blast teach dragonite fly isntead of snore on snorlax use sleep talk teach dragonite dragon claw keep the others movesets and then you've got a pretty nice team.
