Does the R4 III SDHC work?

Desperate help,i ruined my r4?

Also what firmware was it the Wood R4 or the Original R4? Cause if you use Wood R4 you have to delete the original firmware first, and what kind of R4 is it? R4, R4 SDHC, R4i, or R4 Gold? I need as much info as I can get to help you the best I can
