Can Action Replay codes work on other pokemon games?

  • Are there any AR codes from other versions of pokemon games that will work on others like pearl ,soul silver, heart gold, black an white and all others on DS? Is there any kind of AR codes that where made specifically to work on any pokemon game? If there was the codes i would really want to use the most is to be able to catch any pokemon from any of the games even the most rare pokemon but alot harder to find an catch an without wireless or cartridge's.
