How To Know The Name By Tin?

Can anyone guess the name of the following tin/penny whistle tune?

• Years ago I went to a concert of South African music and they played this penny whistle tune that I still haven't been able to find the name for. I cannot guarantee that it is of ZA origin, but it is not irish, the other famous home of the tin whistle.
