How To Know The Name By Tin?

Can anyone guess the name of the following tin/penny whistle tune?

• Years ago I went to a concert of South African music and they played this penny whistle tune that I still haven't been able to find the name for. I cannot guarantee that it is of ZA origin, but it is not irish, the other famous home of the tin whistle. It's very upbeat, farily well known, is purely instrumental and I know it has been used in advertising in the UK, unfortunately beforeSoundHound or it's equivalents existed. Any suggestions greatfully received. For what its worth, it's 6 high register notes, followed by 6 higher register notes, followed by the first 6 again, and in the fourth phase its a flowery bit that goes down in register do doo doo, do doo doo, de dee dee, de dee dee, do doo doo, de diddley dum ha ha that's the best i can do!
