How to get a second job without taking time away from my first job?

  • I am a part-time starbucks barista and everyones hours just got cut. I am only getting 10-12 hours now on weekends. So now I am considering to pick up a second job. I have been constantly online looking at job listings and almost every one of them says that the applicants must be able to work weekends. I really don't want to give up my availability at starbucks because I really love working there. My co-workers are awesome, I even like being there rather than at home lol.
