What to expect from a Kmart interview?

  • I am horrible with interviewing lol but I got a call from Kmart today saying that they want to schedule me for an interview tomorrow at 12:30. This is my second job, my first job was only temporary and lasted 4 weeks and the interview process was with a group of other potential employees, so I never had the experience of a decent one-on-one interview. I was just wondering what kind of questions they ask and maybe what would catch my possible future employer's attention. It is SO hard to find a job (and even get an interview) so even at Kmart, I'm EXTREMELY excited. I just figured I'd prepare before I actually go in and talk to my interviewer. I get REALLY nervous so I don't do well on an interview. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!!
