What questions will they ask me at a sears interview?

Sears interview help on getting the job?

  • So I applied at Sears and it said to make an appointment for an interview. It is at the Westminister Mall and I am not sure if they are hiring but I will go. I just wondered if you guys know how the interview is and what questions do they ask? I did an interview at Knott's and I didn't get the job. What should I do this time and is there 2 interviews? I need help on getting the job and I am 18 now do you think I can get it?

    a common question is "do you have any flaws?" i always thought this was a tough question because you dont want to incriminate yourself by saying something stupid but truthful. and you dont want to sound completely arrogant by saying "no flaws that i can think of" cause we all have them. the simplest thing that ive found that still sounds good is "yes, i should really start exercising more and eating healthier" which might not sound like it has much to do with the job but you'll say "a healthy body helps promote better productivity" which all management can relate to.
