Answer:
When are you going to fit time into your schedule to get another major let alone 2? My single nursing class I am in this semester is 12 hours of contact time. This is on top of 2 hours of practical practice, 2 more hours for patient research, and 1 hour to write my information on the patient. If you were to do a double major, try for biology or chemistry. If you don't work, you might be able to pull this off.

If you are serious about nursing, then you won't have time for any "back-up" major silliness. The typical nursing major will take most of your waking hours, and most of your credit hours; you won't have any actual "room" in your credit schedule for extra classes each semster in order to even get a minor, let alone another major or 2.

ok, I'm going into a nursing program at my local community college. my pre-req's will give me an associates in math/science with a major in Human Biology, you may want to consider that route, talk to your school counselor and see what your options are. But seriously, don't try to take on a major while in RN school....your head will blow up with stress

Nursing is a very full time major.Forget about fitting in a second.Nursing school takes complete dedication and lots of hard work.It will consume all of your time.

Pharmacy is a good choice. Anesthesia is another.
