What does this notice mean "SNI: extension not received from the client", in stunnel log?

Is it possible my UI extension is only one week long?

• My second federal extension was exhausted March 17, 2012...That extension was 13 weeks long so the last check i received was for one week since its an odd number of weeks...a few days later (on a Friday) i received notice that my extension was exhausted and that if i was eligible for another extension it would automatically be filed for me. Well the very next day I received a claim form stating I had additional benefits from my second week but that was only an extra week. I got paid that extra week on Tuesday (3/27) and today I receive another paper saying that my extension has been exhausted (again!)...I do not know what is going on and i am very confused...I just want to know if i will be receiving a 3rd extension, or if that one week was my 3rd extension, or what is going on. The phone lines to EDD are very busy and i cant connect.
