Who killed Alison on the TV show of Pretty Little Liars Not the books! And who is the person in black?

Well it seems like the show is pretty much doing the same as the books Not sure if they will have the Killer be the same in the show.At this point in the Show we don't know who killed her as for who's framing the Girls that is"A" you know how they keep getting text messages and it's signed A. Well if you read the books it's Mona then when she dies Allison takes over. In the show it's pretty much the same. In the Season 2 Finale it was Revealed Mona is A.Then at the end you see someone in a Red Coat visiting her in the Mental Hospital.Where Mona says to this person "I did everything you asked me to do" which implies she's not Alone and there is a Team of "A". Mona is A but she's not the leader of it all.She's a Helper of "A" I think that was Alison or her twin Sister being Vivian Darkbloom who Mona was talking to So pretty much the only difference is in the Show There is a Team of "A" who are helpers. And Mona doesn't die like in the books

The season finale just happened and Mona, Hannah's best friend was -A. But at the end Mona get's a visitor and she says to someone who you can't see "I did everything you told me too" and then it ended. There are many -A's working together.

A is many people. One of them is Mona. Also, Alison isn t dead. She s in a mental hospital place. She is there because Alison had twin sister ,Courtney, that used to be in the mental hospital. She was jealous of Alison s life, so she somehow managed to switch lives with Alison. Then later in her life, Ian murdered her. I don t know why.

well im only on season 2. so is her twin sister dead and Allison is in the mental hospital ? tbh I just think people are making these things up bc allisons parents would know about that and they wouldk use they for the police so they could find out who the killer is. I heard it all like one person says shes not dead witch I believe that bc I think she is scared of A and then you have some people who think her twin sister killed her witch I do not belive all bc they would have said something about it. so thanks for letting me share my imformation
