How to choose a tablet PC?

What is the best Tablet PC?

• I'm looking for a tablet PC but I don't really know which one to choose. I'm in graduate school with TONS of research articles, most of which are in PDF format. I'd like a tablet that allows me to highlight and annotate these PDF articles (or gives me the capabilities to download an app that I can do this in). Possibly I'd like to be able to organize these within the tablet itself (ie organize by topic, by author, by year, etc). This would be ideal but not necessary. I'd like to be able to able to surf the web with something containing pretty good browser capabilities (your basics of Facebook, Yahoo!, banking websites, and so on) Lastly, I don't need something hugely related for media purposes - I don't need to have 30000 songs on it, or watch 20 movies. I would however like something with Amazon/Kindle reader capabilities for text books and so on. MOSTLY though, just looking for something with good PDF note taking capabilities. I'm pretty ignorant on the topic, so any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

  I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 8.9" and I love it! They also make a 10.1". I think the Samsung Galaxy Tablets are the best for the money. They are more capable than the IPad and cost less too!
