hi, i wanna play games like crysis 2, BF3 and all, iss it enough for games like dat? ASUS-M2N68-AM SE2- Mother Board Asus AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor Price Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (JM1333KLN-4G) Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HP dvd1260i Internal Optical Drive Dell IN2030M 50.8cm Keyboard and mouse Artis S7 speakers Sound card- On Board PC case Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Cooler CX500V2 500 watts my budget is 25-30k(indian).... n shall i make any changes?

That computer isn't even close to capable of running those games on medium-high settings. You can't get the cheapest parts you can find and expect them to perform at that kind of level. You want to shoot for something more like a Radeon HD 6770 at least for the graphics card, and probably more like a Phenom II X4 955 for the CPU, and those are on the cheap side. If you want actual speed then you want to go for an Intel-based computer with a Core i5-2500k or better. It also wouldn't hurt to bump up the RAM to 8GB, or even 6GB if you can run it in triple channel. The aftermarket cooler is a total waste on that processor. You don't really need one unless you plan on overclocking anyway. Stock cooling is fine for stock speeds unless your case has terrible airflow or something. You also want to probably bump the PSU up to a 550W or more since better graphics cards will need more power.
