my pc's specifications are : intel core 2 duo (2.8 ghz) 4 gb ram hard disk space 1.5 TB Nvidia geforce 8400 gs 512mb and assassins creed brotherhood requirments are : intel core 2 duo 2.4 ghz 2gb ram hard disk space 13gb nvidia geforce 8400 gs 512 mb I CLOSE EVERY PROGRAM BEFORRE STARTING THE GAME EXEPT SOME IMPORTANT PROGRAMS BUT THEN ALSO IT IS RUNNING VERY SLOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM PLZZZZZZZZZZ HELP ME OUT?

Graphic card is the most important factor in today's gaming.And nvidia geforce 8400 gs sucks.This card it too weak and i know because i had that card last year and i did played brotherhood on this card with 800*600 resolution and lowest setting.So if you want to run this game smoother then lower your resolution and graphic settings in the game.
