How do I delete my xbox profile from another console?

I have my xbox profile on someone elses xbox, as well as my own. When it changed so you didn't have to keep downloading every time you play on another console I ticked a box for it to remember me from now on. I no longer have access to their xbox and would like to delete my profile from theirs (I have alot of MS points I don't want spent and don't fancy them writing something daft on my profile). How do I go about deleting it from their console without having access to it, so that it's on my xbox only? Is it at all possible?

Go to system settings, then memory, then accounts, go to your profile and click delete.

get a hard drive bring your profile on that hard drive go home put it into your xbox and delete cause your going to have 2
