This is how you find out if someone blocked you on Facebook?

On Facebook if you deleted and blocked someone and cant find them on search, how can I friend them again?

you have to go to your privacy settings and then on your block list. beside his name there will be unblock option. Press it and you can friend him again

go to manage friends from your profile edit section then you will see the blocked list unblock him although they may have blocked you too, which leads you to not being able to talk to them EVER
