When you become a partner with YouTube, how much do you make?

Can this get me in trouble if I become a Youtube Partner?

  • My username is Dattebayo681, and I make funny CoD: Black Ops videos. I've recently been asked by Youtube to become a partner. While I'd normally jump to the opportunity to give my videos more exposure (and make money), I have a few questions that Youtube doesn't clearly give the answers to: -I use maybe like 5 seconds or so of music on a video. Is that sueable? -Is using the Theatre Mode for Black Ops and MW3 for my video making count as copyright infrongement? -What can I do so that I can use copyrighted music on videos? -I have "matched third-party content" while I'm a partner, can I get sued?     According to the law, yes, you can get in trouble, but I highly doubt you would. I don't think they would bother with something like that. If you start making money from it, then you need to watch out. The money makers are always the first to get hit.
