How do I tweet on someone's twitter page?

Just joined. I know how to follow them. I'm just trying to send a tweet on this MLB teams, the Miami Marlins twitter page, but so far I sent a tweet to Taylor Swift for the heck of it, and it went to her privately, but how do I post it on the wall where I see everyone's tweets? Like on ESPN's twitter page I can see all these tweets coming in, but I only see the option to tweet someone privately. How do I get my comments to appear on their main twitter page? I'm bored and just wanted to sign up with twitter.

You can't. They have to see your tweet and retweet it for that to happen.
