What is the difference between the Nike Lunar running shoes?

Needing new running shoes?

  • i am looking at buying new running shoes, i usually run about 2.5-7 miles and my nike shocks arnt doing the job. i need some comfortable shoes that are light, i sometimes run on pavement but also on trails and gravel roads. i am a guy who is about 6'4" and 170. and wear size 11, i dont know if this makes a difference but i will tell you any way. i also sometime have knee problems and lower back problems. thanks for the help.

    I would highly recommend either the new balance minimus or the nike free +. Just keep in mind that differnet shoe companies might have different sizing options, or different size toe boxes (the minimus has a smaller toe box than the nike free +). Both of these shoes are great for longer distances as they are comfortable, lightweight, and highly durable.

Go to a store that specializes in running shoes. Wear your old running shoes so they can see how you wear them out. They will more than like ask you to run for them so they can see how you pronate. They will be able to recommend the best shoe for you.
