What's the name for a high school diploma?

Can i change the name on my high school diploma?

• (I am a high school senior that is about to graduate in 2.5 months). okay, so i recently found out (like literally today) that i have to have my full complete name on my highschool diploma. Mainly because i am going to a college outside of the United States and that is their requirement. On all the school papers i put on ever since elementary school, it's just my first and last name because they don't usually ask for a middle name or for a second last name (which i have on my birth certificate). I asked the front office lady if i can change it before i get the diploma on june and she just simply said no, nothing possible can be done. But she said it in a very b*tchy way. And i am just wondering if that is honestly true. Because if it's true, i am honestly f*ck*d and the college won't accept the diploma with just my first and last name, because it must read excatly as it reads on my birth certificate.
