Well, there are studies suggesting that dairy and certain types of seafood can contribute to acne, but it's not proven. In fact, I worked for a dermatologist and I have never once had an incident about dairy or certain types of foods (as long as it was an overall healthy diet) being the problem Hormones, and how you treat your skin, are much more important factors. Things like moisturizing, using the right products, not drying your skin out too much. What you eat has little effect. Drinking water can help improve your skin but not necessary get rid of acne.

I have never liked milk and have gone long periods in my life without using any dairy. Never made a difference in whether or not I got pimples. The main factor influencing my skin is hormones, plain and simple. After my period: no pimples. The week before my period: there they were.

No. What I cut was soda, jonk food (chips), and limited fast food to once a week. Replaced it with healthier choices such as water and fruits. And exercise a couple of times a week. That worked for me.
