• I've been feeling a little bit of discomfort, and today i found out that i am developing a hemorrhoid. the problem is today is the first day of spring break, and on tuesday i leave for vacation with my parents, and my boyfriend is coming too. Me and him are going to be doing a lot of activities that aren't exactly hemorrhoid friendly, like horse back riding, kayaking, tubing, going to water parks and the beach...I had a hemorrhoid last year too, and it was so painful I couldn't even sit or walk and i had to miss school for 5 days. Since I started getting it today, the real pain probably won't come until Sunday or Monday, and we leave Tuesday..How do i get rid of a hemorrhoid as fast as possible??? Today i started using the Tux medicated pads with Witch Hazel and I'm applying Preperation H cream. Im also going to be eating all fiber foods to reduce irritation. Is there any oral medications I should take?? What else should I do to get rid of it?? Is there a better type of ointment i should use?
