How to fall asleep quickly?

  • I have trouble falling asleep when I go to bed, so I am usually lying awake for about 3-4 hours before finally drifting off. I have no trouble staying asleep nowadays, but it affects my day to day life because it means that I have to sleep in to catch up on sleep, meaning I usually waste a morning or just wake up feeling rough. Does anyone have any tips to help fall asleep? I read for about an hour before finally going to bed and have tryed a lot of techniques from sleep hygiene, but was wondering how most people can fall asleep so easily.

    when u get into bed, relax and get comfortable, close ur eyes, and then start listening to the sound and rhythm of ur breathing. Dont think about it, just do it. Try it and see..
