Why does my foot tingles from standing a long time?

for some reason when I'm tired of sitting and I stand up i feel tingling on bottom of my foot with a bump starting to form as it tangles below the 2nd toe next to the big toe. I get alot of blisters from walking all over the place for a few hours without sitting to rest. When i'm on the metro bus for more than 20 minutes i get a really bad tingling feeling in my palm of my foot >> i have a bone sticking out to where I'm standing on it causing it to tingle. I dont go barefoot anymore due to that reason. also when i'm on the WII fitness board it is hard to stand on it barefeet as it cause my feet to tinglling and a little blue too.. why is it? i know in the past I get off the bus using that same foot hard on the sidewalk is it due to that?? could I be getting off the bus TOO HARD on my foot to cause problems? it feels like a little ball below my 2nd toe . same place where I got lots of blisters. few years ago i went to florida to disney park MGM from 9am to 4pm it caused blister on my foot. and the next day I went to other park with blister on my foot all day but had to walk around with a bump on bottom of my foot. well when i dont have a blister and i'm standing for more than 20 min on the bus it cause a bad tingling feeling developing a bump sticking out... why is it?? fracture?
Answer:

You may have a bone spur due to tight shoes. Wear looser shoes with cushion inserts and see if it gets better. A podiatrist could help you.
