Are the odds playing super lotto better than playing mega millions?

Why do you continue to play lotto?

  • Has this ever crossed your mind that lotto is such a scam, I know many people are hopeful that they might win the millions but I've been playing for a year & friends and family have been playing for decades and I just thought (I think it came from no one winng the mega millions the other day) I'm putting more into this then I'm getting, I've asked friends and family and they say the same thing you know you may win a little something here and there but ultimately not as much as you've put in. I mean I'm probably going to continue to play but I guess it kind of bothers me that in the end only one person can win the whole pot while we have tons of people playing. Why do you continue to play?

i only play when i get that "lucky" feeling, which is a couple times a year. " you gotta be in it to win it"

I succeeded in withdrawing myself from lotto .... so there are people who discontinued playing ... WHY I STOPPED AND WHY PEOPLE SHOULD STOP: as you said even if you win you are going to get others many ... this is kind of sinful profit also a probability of 1 in million is such a small thing as to let your brother sit at the end of the room with his mouth open, and you through a peanut to the ceiling to make it to reflect back right to his mouth ! ! (just guessing) WHY THEY KEEP PLAYING: people keep playing cause they may not feel such probability .... also because the human mind have minimum affection level due to any factor presence, so whatever small in effect that factor was this minimum level is fixed ... I call it ( qualitative effect) so just the presence of a "chance to win" have effect inside the brain just because it is existing regardless of how much amount it represent (one of the shortage of somebody's thinking) finally people keep playing because it is easy to do .... while winning in other fields although have much better chance but they are more difficult and hated ... so may be it is a matter of doing what you like and prefer
