What does everyone like/dislike about the Emporium Precinct in Brisbane?

I am doing a survey on the Emporium precinct in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane - it's strengths, it's weaknesses. What is successful, what is unsuccessful? There is the possibility of another development being built close by - what would be good to include in this precinct that maybe Emporium doesn't have to offer, or that Emporium could improve? We are considering mostly 'bringing people together', things that build on social interaction and creating a sense of community! Thanks for all your help!
