How to get rid of tpam.exe error problem efficiently?

I am getting an error message :"Symantec User Session has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Application Name: tpam.exe." So annoying error message. I have never seen this special error before. And i don't know how to get rid of tpam.exe error efficiently for my pc. Do you have a good idea to fix it? Thanks
